Shipment Processing Time

Due to our handcrafting methods, all orders are processed within 2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available.

Standard Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

For online orders, we offers free shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery are within 5 to 10 days from shipping date. Shipping times vary based upon location.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

INTERNATIONAL
We ship internationally. Expected delivery to vary from 10-30 business days from shipment date.

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

Estimating Possible Delivery Date
We have processing time between 1 to 2 days. This processing time is due to our handcrafting methods and demand. Most of our items have to be carefully crafted by our team. Therefore, these items take time. However, we are working as quickly as possible to get orders shipped.

Example:

Order Date: Jan 1st
Best Cases Expected Delivery: Jan 12th
Worse Case Expected Delivery: Jan 26th
You should expect your order to delivered within 5 to 10 days on your order date. The 12 days are worse case scenarios due to issues that effect mailing and internal process. When this occurs you will see more information on our website.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately. If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

By placing an order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.

Late Packages

If your order does not come in the specified time we do not offer refunds, because we cannot account of carrier delays. Our shipments usually delivers within 10 days of the shipping date. Nonetheless there may be cases where packages will be delayed during peak season. We are not responsible for those cases. Rest assured, all packages will be delivered as quickly as possible.
